Billie Eilish surprises fans with vibrant blue hair in Halloween costume
The singer swapped her blonde look for a blue bob and head-to-toe latex to embody guitarist Noodle from Gorillaz.
Known as much for her musical versatility as for her striking visual transformations, Billie Eilish once again caught the public's attention during the Halloween celebrations. The artist used her social media to showcase the outfit chosen for the festive date, temporarily setting aside the light hair she had adopted weeks before to bet on a completely different look full of pop culture references.
For the occasion, the Bad Guy interpreter recreated the look of guitarist Noodle, a member of the virtual band Gorillaz. The disguise featured a short white latex dress with red details, complemented by long gloves and thigh-high socks in the same material. The ensemble also included a pair of classic Converse sneakers and a red ribbon tied around the neck, uniting elements of the character's alternative style with the singer's authentic aesthetic.
The great highlight of the production, however, was the hair. Billie appeared with a bob cut in a vibrant blue shade. There was no official confirmation whether the artist chose to dye her locks again or if she used a wig for the event, since she had surprised fans the previous month by appearing with a short strawberry blonde cut, considered the shortest length she has ever worn.
The detailed characterization earned much praise in the publication's comment section, coming from both followers and music figures. Seye Adelekan, bassist for Gorillaz, left a message praising the result and inviting the North American artist to check out a group performance in person in the future.

Throughout her journey in the industry, the singer has accumulated a vast history of drastic hair changes. Before adopting dark locks for a long period, she marked her global rise with the iconic green hair with black roots, in addition to phases in turquoise, silver tones, and the famous platinum blonde look that marked the Happier Than Ever album era.

Currently, the pop star has been appearing more gradually in public engagements after a period of lower media exposure. The partial break in her schedule happened while she was dedicated to recordings for the film adaptation of Sylvia Plath's literary classic The Bell Jar, a project in which she takes on the lead role of Esther Greenwood.
